Holiday home SEENLIEBE

Our detached holiday home has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a stylishly furnished cloakroom, the living and dining area, a winter garden and a guest toilet. The living and dining area is equipped with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table with six chairs, a comfortable couch and a smart TV. There is a comfortable seating area in the large conservatory. From there you have a wonderful view of the garden, which invites you to linger. In the spring and summer months, a garden table and garden chairs are available outside. A modern wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor. There are 2 bedrooms furnished in Scandinavian style, each equipped with a double bed, a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and smart TV. In the hallway there is a small seating area that invites you to read and relax. In addition, a large bathroom with shower, corner bath, toilet and modern bathroom furniture awaits you. Furthermore, the living area and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. W-LAN is available free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There is also a drying rack, hair dryer, cleaning utensils and vacuum cleaner available.

• Only the number of people stated in the booking confirmation can be occupied at the booked time.
• Additional persons or guests are not permitted.
• It is not permitted to set up a tent or mobile home on the property. 
• Smoking is prohibited in the holiday home. Please use the designated area in the garden. Open fire in the garden is forbidden.
• No responsibility is taken for items left behind.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties of any kind are prohibited.
• Youth groups (under the age of 18) are not permitted.
• It is forbidden to take e-bikes with permanently installed batteries or e-bike batteries into the house and conservatory and to charge them!

It is recommended to arrive by car. The holiday home is approx. 6 km from Senftenberg train station and a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area. Therefore we ask our guests to behave accordingly. From 10:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m. the legally prescribed silence must be observed. Parties of any kind are not allowed during this time.
